Ok so tonight pasta with vegetables and baked apples with amaretti.
Ingredients for 4 people: 320 gr
type fusilli pasta
4 heads of radicchio red Verona
1 red pepper, or half red and half yellow
100 gr. Tuscan pecorino cheese 1 shallot
Extra virgin olive oil salt & pepper
red wine to taste reggiano cheese to taste
How to cook in a large saucepan, saute the shallots, add a dash of red wine and let it evaporate, add the diced bell pepper salt and pepper and cook. Then added the roughly chopped radicchio and goes up to 5 minutes blending with other red wine.
Meanwhile, cook pasta, drain, add sauce and skip all the stir in the cheese cut cubes. You may want to add n also a bit of cheese.
Apples baked with amaretto
Ingredients 4 apples
6 amaretti
2 teaspoons of sugar a bit of melted butter
liqueur to taste How to cook
You peel apples and cut into 4 cloves by placing them into a baking dish. Apart
crumble macaroons with sugar and add the apples with melted butter and liquor.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
