last night for dinner I made a paste that I liked a lot and I want to propose the    
    Half sleeves to the pig varied   
    Ingredients for 4:   
    320 gr pasta half sleeves type   
    a clump of variegated radicchio from Treviso   
    a thick slice of bacon   sweet pork, cut into cubes   
   1 shallot    
    Extra virgin olive   
    salt & pepper   
    ginger powder to taste   
    white wine to taste   
    Parmigiano   cheese to taste   
    How to cook       
    in a large saucepan, saute the shallots, add a drop of wine and let it evaporate; add coarsely chopped radicchio with salt and pepper and bring to the    always cooking. Then add the diced bacon and you make them jump for 5 minutes blending with more wine, a little ginger, and bring all the cooking.   
    Meanwhile, cook pasta, drain, add sauce and skip all the stir in the Parmesan cheese and possibly other.
